Mission Statement

The Auxiliary Services Department of Albany State University (ASU) is committed to enhancing the student experience by extending learning beyond the classroom through exceptional service, innovation, and operational excellence. Our department encompasses Dining Services, including Meal Plans, the Bookstore, Student Transportation, Parking Services, Events, and Vending Operations.

Through continuous improvement, strategic partnerships, and a customer-first approach, we provide high-quality, student-focused services that support academic success and campus life. Our operations are either owned, operated, or managed by Albany State University and the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, or they are contracted through outside vendors. While each unit operates independently, the Director of Auxiliary Services ensures that all units function efficiently within contractual guidelines and in accordance with state and university regulations.
