Graduate Check-In

**All graduates must check-in to be able to participate in the ceremony**

Regalia

The cap, gown, tassel and hood (bachelors and master’s degree graduates only) should have been 
ordered through the Herff Jones ASU Commencement website. Should a graduate not receive their regalia or if they failed to place an order, they may go to the bookstore on the East campus of ASU to pick up the cap, gown, and tassel. Hoods may or may not be available as they are degree specific. All regalia inventoried in the bookstore will be issued/sold on a first come first served basis. 

 

Check-In

Lineup will take place outside of the Civic Center on the side facing Oglethorpe Blvd. The Registrar’s Office will provide a “name card" upon arrival and getting in line. The card contains degree and honors information and will be handed to the person on stage who is calling names during the ceremony.

 

Graduates Accessibility Drop Off and Entrance

Those needing accessible drop off should report to the parking entry gate located on the east side 
of the Civic Center off of Front Street. Those being dropped off will follow the signs and enter 
the Complex on that side as well. Please note that the person needing the accessible seating will 
have an ASU Ambassador sitting with them to assist. The rest of the group will be asked to sit 
separately in the guest seating areas to ensure there is enough accessible seating for all.
