Residential Rams, 

In order to ensure for a smooth and expedited move-out process we wanted to share the following move-out day logistics with you.  

There will be staff located at all major campus intersections helping to direct traffic. Upon entering campus there will be staff available to direct you to move-out parking spaces as they become available.  

Below are specific instructions per residence hall. Please write your building and time slot in large font on a piece of paper and place it on the dashboard, so the parking staff can direct you where you need to go.

ASU West Campus Residence Halls 

 

Commons and Village South 

 

Residents are asked to enter the campus from the main entrance located at Gillionville Road (West Access Drive, near the Intramural Fields). Students should then turn right onto Cavalier Drive (the road between the Arena and the Softball Fields) and proceed to Campus Drive (Tennis Courts and Baseball field are on your left). Please follow the instructions of the staff located at this area. 

 

Only 12 spaces have been designated for unloading at any given time. Only 12 spaces have been designated for loading at any time. This is to ensure a limited number of ASU staff, students and family members are in the residence hall at any one time. Once a resident is finished loading their vehicles, they will follow the signage to Collegiate Drive and exit onto Westover Road.  

 

We will continue this process until all students have been serviced.
